Meet the Lead Coordinator:

Hello, I’m Alison C. Young. Guided by my Christian faith and a heart for service, I am a wife, mother, corporate Business Analyst, and dedicated community volunteer. I am also the founder of Caliber Event Planning, where I serve as a certified wedding planner and event coordinator.

With over 15 years of corporate administration experience, I have built a career rooted in resourcefulness, service, and high-level strategy. When my professional expertise met my desire to help others, new doors began to open. I found myself called upon to lead conferences, birthday/anniversary celebrations, weddings, and non-profit events.

Recognizing that coordination was more than a skill, it was a passion; I established Caliber Event Planning in October 2020. I thrive on delivering quality service that exceeds expectations.
