Caliber I - $300

Select this option if you’re handling planning, but would like consultation throughout the planning process. 

We will: 

● Schedule a 1-hour monthly meeting for 6 months. 

● Provide a detailed planning timeline, budget planner, item checklist, and wedding day timeline.

Caliber II - $900 (base rate)

Select this option if you’re handling planning, but would like coordination for the wedding rehearsal and wedding day. 

We will: 

● Schedule weekly meetings 5 weeks prior to the rehearsal date.

● Coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.   

● Provide one lead and one assistant coordinator up to 8 hours. 

● Be the main contact for vendors and coordinate final payments, if applicable.

● Provide an item checklist and wedding day timeline.

Caliber III - $3,000 (base rate)

Select this option if you would like us to plan and coordinate your wedding. 

We will: 

● Schedule a 1 hour monthly meeting 12 months prior to the wedding date. Schedule weekly 

    meetings 5 weeks prior to the wedding date. 

● Unlimited communication via text and/or email. 

● Coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.   

● Provide one lead coordinator (up to 10 hours) and two assistant coordinators up to 8 hours. 

● Assist with budget management.

● Coordinate vendors. Review and negotiate vendor contracts. Attend vendor 

   appointments if desired. 

● Manage your wedding website. If a wedding website isn’t preferred, 

    we’ll coordinate wedding guest aspects including RSVPs, lodging, and transportation. 

● Provide a detailed planning timeline, budget planner, item checklist, and wedding day timeline.

● Pick up and drop off rental items.

● Provide setup and/or tear-down assistance for the ceremony and reception. 

● Manage RSVP at the ceremony and/or reception.
